- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Negotiating and deal with Saudi government related to government tenders.
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers.
? Experience in the civil construction or/or mechanical construction and/or manufacturing industry.
? LSTK project experience in petrochemical, fertilizer, oil and gas sector and preferably KSA/Gulf region.
? Ability to establish timelines and budgets.
? Cost control skills.

? Experience in cost estimation and negotiating.
? Understand, commit to and fulfill responsibilities under Sisco Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and all client quality, safety and environmental management systems.
? Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management
? Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
? Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
? Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management.
? Proficient in project management software.
? Certified PMI (PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
? Familiar with MS Project and Primavera.
? Sigma certificate or studies is preferred.
? Must know Microsoft office products including Word, Excel.
