The nation?s top organized crime prosecutor abruptly resigned Thursday, a month after revelations of an investigation into several officials for leaking information to the nation?s largest drug trafficking organization. The prosecutor, Jos? Cuitl?huac Salinas, stepped down shortly after attending an event, and a statement from the Mexico attorney general?s office cited personal reasons.
